Why can’t YOU sleep?

You may not be sleeping well because you go to bed too soon after working out if you workout in the evening. You may not be sleeping well because you are over 40  and something seems to happen when you hit a certain age. You may not be sleeping well because you are all jacked up on medications for epilepsy or some other condition. You may not be sleeping well because you are eating snacks too close to bed time. You may not be sleeping well simply because we all have those nights. You may not be sleeping because anxiety has gripped you tight. You may not be sleeping well because you do not pray an/or meditate.

There are a whole host of reasons why you may not be sleeping well. A doctor will prescribe a medication. There are ways to manage it that are not toxic for your mind and body. Drinking more water may be a good place to start.
